Just Released! 2009 Sauvignon Blanc
2009 was the first year our Locust Patch vineyard produced enough fruit for us to be able to produce varietal whites. Our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc was deliberately left with a little residual sugar to bring out its fruity characteristics. People love this wine and begged us to stop the fermentation with a little sugar left. The result is a tasty treat that makes a great sipping wine that is also terrific with food.
Just Released! 2009 Semillon
Produced dry as a bone in the Bordeaux style, our Semillon still sports some accents of pear.
White Gold White Wine
Monte Carlo White Wine
“Monte Carlo” White Wine is a blend of Pinot Noir blush and white grapes from our own Gravel Mine Vineyard test plot planted in 1980, supplemented with a bit of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling from Yakima that balances the bright acidity of the Clark County grapes. The wine is beautifully balanced, with a variety of fruit aromas and flavors from the 6 grape varieties. Dry, crisp and tart, slightly pink in color from the Pinot Noir and superb with lighter meats, fish, vegetables, fruits and cheeses.
